I. Safety matters

1. Characteristics and uses of machines

This machine is a hand-held cement leveler, which consists of an engine, an installation frame, a gearbox, a protective cover and an operating handle.

This machine is used to smooth and polish the surface of concrete.

2. Operational safety instructions

Only trained personnel are allowed to start, operate and shut down the machine. It understands the operating manual, knows how to use the machine correctly, and is familiar with all the operating parts.

Read, understand and follow the steps in the user's manual before attempting to operate the machine.

People who are under age, who drink alcohol or take drugs are not allowed to operate machines.

It is forbidden to operate the machine without permission.

_It is forbidden to operate the machine when the belt cover is lost. Driving the belt and pulley will be potentially dangerous and may cause serious injury.

When operating the machine, do not use unauthorized accessories and accessories.

When operating, no one is allowed to stand or lean on the machine.

_Do not use the machine indoors or in a relatively airtight environment unless there is good ventilation. Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, which is colorless and tasteless, but can cause you to lose consciousness or even die within minutes.

_Do not touch the engine and muffler for a few minutes after operation and shutdown. These parts are very hot and can cause burns.

(1) Always maintain that the emergency shutdown switch can be used and has good performance. If this switch does not work properly, please do not use the machine. Uncontrolled machines can cause serious personal injury and damage to concrete surfaces. Emergency shutdown system automatically shuts down the machine when it loses control.

_Before starting the machine, make sure that the safety switch is in the open position (the push rod is in the front position). When starting the machine, keep one hand in the position of the handle, grasp the handle of the machine, and do not release it in the process of operation.

_Protective clothing, glasses, headphones and safety shoes are needed when operating machines on construction site.

_When the machine stops working, it is necessary to close the fuel valve on the engine.

When not in use, store the machine in a suitable place, where it needs to be clean and dry, away from children.

3. Safety of operation using internal combustion engine

(1) Do not smoke while refueling or performing other fuel-related operations.

(2) Do not start the engine in the presence of sparks and flames.

Don't start the machine when the fuel spills or the odor of the fuel oil is obvious. Move the machine out of the oil spill position and wipe it clean and start.

Don't refuel under the condition of engine operation or high temperature.

Do not refuel in the presence of sparks or open flames.

Do not spill fuel when refueling.

_Do not touch the engine and muffler for a few minutes after operation and shutdown. These parts are very hot and can cause burns.

Safe containers are required for handling fuel during maintenance and repair.

It is forbidden to place leaves, paper, cartons and other sundries around the muffler. The muffler's high temperature can ignite these objects.

4. Maintenance safety

Read the random instructions carefully before using and maintaining.

Familiar with the position and function of all control and safety components before maintenance.

If necessary, contact local distributors for more machine knowledge.

(4) Do not let the untrained personnel repair and maintain the machine. Personnel repair or maintain the machine must be familiar with the related potential risks and hazards.

Don't try to clean and repair the machine while it is running. Rotating parts can cause damage.

Don't move the blade when the machine is suspended.

_In maintenance, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply, stop the operation of the machine and prevent accidental start-up.

When the machine needs to replace parts, only the original parts or parts with the same specifications, such as size, type, strength and materials, can be used.

II. Operation
