Assembling-Pre-Operational Check/Start-up Steps-Safety Tips
Pre-operation inspection:
Check fuel level and water tank, make a good distinction between water tank and oil tank, confuse the two will bring fatal damage to the engine and pump.
Check engine oil level. The engine will be damaged if the oil level is too low during operation.
Check whether the gearbox turbine worm oil is in the middle of the oil mirror. Check whether the emergency stop controller is working properly and check all functional switches.
Start-up steps:
Turn a box of startup keys and check the number of machine light switch and dashboard.
Put your left foot on the safety pedal before starting, pull up the damper pull rod and close the damper.
After turning the key and starting the engine, press the damper lever, open the damper, and let the machine idle for a few minutes. The machine has been debugged before leaving the factory, without long idle speed grinding cylinder.
Before the formal start of work, the throttle should be stepped on hard once, and the big throttle starts to work.
After the machine is used, the right foot slowly loosens the throttle, idle for about 30 seconds, and the left foot loosens the emergency pedal; reset the start key and switch.
Safety tips:
When working, if it is necessary to stop urgently and leave the safety pedal on the left foot, the machine will stop immediately.
Do not start operation in enclosed narrow space and airtight place to avoid exhaust gas poisoning.
When the machine is running, no one should touch the engine exhaust port and the muffler with their hands.
Daily Maintenance/Engine Maintenance
Daily maintenance
At the end of each work, clean the concrete and dust adhering to the machine in time.
At the end of each day, check and clean the air filter element. It is recommended that air filter be replaced every 100 hours. Frequency of cleaning and replacement should be increased during construction in dusty areas.
Change the oil 20 hours after the first operation, and then every 100 hours. When disposing of waste oil, you are advised to pack it in sealed containers and hand it to the recycling center to protect the environment and soil.
The oil filter element is replaced every 2 months or 200 hours. When the oil filter element is replaced, the waste oil is discharged first, and then the special sleeve wrench of the toolbox is used for disassembly.
Butter is added to the grease nozzle above the cross during daily maintenance.
Reminder
Oil is an important factor affecting performance and service life. It is recommended that you use 4-stroke vehicle lubricating oil maintenance equipment and use 4-stroke engine oil that meets or exceeds the API standard SE level.
