The thickness of concrete construction is 20 cm. Laser transmitter is used to determine the height of concrete paving construction by transmitting laser signals. Laser receiver is used to measure whether the height of concrete is qualified. Laser leveller is then used to ensure that the concrete plane is kept at the design height. During the construction process, one person is responsible for moving the laser leveler and two persons are responsible for assistant front-end leveling.

About 3-4 hours after the concrete paving (determined by the temperature and the condition of the base concrete), the concrete is pretreated (the excess bleeding is removed), and the best time is when no clear footprints appear. The single and double disc polishers are used to install the rubbing discs, and the concrete slurry is put forward after repeated rubbing during the initial setting of the concrete.

It is suggested that 2/3 of the prescribed amount of NHARDTOP wear-resistant material should be evenly dispersed on the surface of concrete just after pulping. The water loss should be dispersed first near formwork, columns, doors, walls and pits.




Special materials can be dispersed more than twice according to specific conditions. 2/3 of the first throwing amount, 1/3 of the second throwing amount, and the time interval between the two throwing should not be too long.

After completing the construction process efficiently and scientifically, it takes more than 28 days to maintain the floor. After the completion of the construction, sprinkle water to maintain, and lay Geotextiles to reduce water evaporation, so that the wear-resistant floor after the construction is kept in water.

Because the spacing of the wall pillars is about 7 meters, which meets the requirement of the gap between the expansion joints, the expansion joints are mainly distributed according to the structure of the wall pillars, forming a 7m*7m layout; the depth is about 6-7cm, and the gap is about 5mm.
